If animals have been a big part of your life, there is no better way to celebrate their love and companionship than leaving a gift to WISCA in your will.

Remember us in your will

If you love animals and the work we do at WISCA, remembering us in your will helps you leave a wonderful legacy for the animals and community of Waiheke Island.

How to leave a gift in your will

When you write your will, you can choose to leave WISCA:

  • a specific amount of money

  • a percentage of your estate

  • the remainder of your estate after loved ones and expenses are catered for.

We accept all forms of property:

  • cash

  • financial assets like shares and investments

  • personal property.

Tax

If your estate owes tax when you die, any gifts you leave to charity can reduce the amount of tax your estate has to pay.

Legal advice

We recommend you get legal advice about how to include a gift for WISCA in your will.

We are happy to help you with your plans.

Whatever you decide, we really appreciate your generosity.
